My Story ...
I am an Integrative Therapist and ADHD Coach supporting adults, teenagers, and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
My approach combines psychological understanding with practical and evidence-informed interventions. I believe that meaningful change involves not only understanding our thoughts and behaviours but also recognising how stress, emotions, and past experiences are held within the nervous system. This is why my work integrates Transactional Analysis, trauma-informed approaches, embodied coaching, and emotional regulation strategies.
I am currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, further deepening my understanding of human behaviour, mental health, and evidence-based therapeutic practice. Alongside my academic studies, I have pursued extensive training in Transactional Analysis, trauma, embodied coaching, and ADHD support.
My work is grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth, resilience, and change when provided with the right support, understanding, and tools.
Having lived as an expatriate for more than 26 years across Europe, South America, and Asia, I bring a deep appreciation of the challenges and opportunities that come with cultural adaptation, identity development, belonging, and life transitions. These personal experiences enrich my work with international individuals, expatriates, multicultural families, and Third Culture Kids.
Beyond my professional role, I am also a mother, partner, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner. These experiences have taught me firsthand about resilience, uncertainty, adaptation, and the complexity of balancing personal, family, and professional responsibilities.
I offer a confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
