My Journey
My interest in psychology and human behaviour did not begin in a classroom. For as long as I can remember, I have been the person others turned to when they needed someone to listen. I have always had a deep sense of compassion and a genuine curiosity about people’s stories, struggles, and capacity for growth.
For many years, however, I found myself trying to be someone I was not and fitting into places where I did not truly belong. Eventually, this led to burnout. It was during this difficult period that I sought support from a therapist and coach who helped me reconnect with myself and find a new direction.
Through that experience, I discovered Transactional Analysis, the therapeutic approach that became the foundation of my own personal growth and professional development. As I progressed through my training, my interest deepened further during my third year, which focused on Embodied Coaching. There, I began studying neuroscience, the brain, and the nervous system, gaining a deeper understanding of how our biology, emotions, and experiences shape our behaviour.
Learning about the connection between the nervous system, emotional regulation, trauma, and human behaviour transformed the way I understood both myself and others. What started as a personal journey evolved into a professional calling.
Today, I combine this knowledge with my ongoing Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, my training in Transactional Analysis, trauma-informed approaches, and embodied coaching to support adults, teenagers, and families in creating meaningful and lasting change.
I strongly believe that people are not broken. Given the right support, awareness, and environment, we all possess the capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with our authentic selves.
