Adolescence can be a challenging period filled with emotional, academic, and social pressures. Many teenagers feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, anxious, or struggle to cope with the expectations placed upon them.

 

I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where teenagers can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges while developing practical tools to navigate everyday life with greater confidence.

 

Common reasons teenagers seek support include:

 

• ADHD and executive functioning challenges
• Anxiety and school-related stress
• Emotional regulation difficulties
• Self-esteem and confidence issues
• Friendship and social challenges
• Family and communication difficulties
• Motivation and organisation

 

My goal is to help teenagers better understand themselves, strengthen their resilience, and develop skills that support their wellbeing both now and in the future.
